"Why should society feel responsible only for the education of children, and not for the education of all adults of every age?"
Erich Fromm

I am currently a candidate for an M Ed in Learning Technologies at the University of Massachusetts Amherst. My primary interests are in adult education, higher education, and distance learning. My interest in adult education springs from personal experience; I was a nontraditional undergraduate who earned my BA only one semester before my son earned his. I believe that learning should be a lifelong enterprise.
As an undergraduate, I majored in English with a specialty in Professional Writing and Technical Communication. I hold an AS in Electronics and Computer Technology, with honors, from Holyoke Community College in Holyoke, Massachusetts, and a BA (Cum Laude) in English along with a certificate in Technical Communication from UMass Amherst.
The first set of links to the left will bring you to examples of current professional work. The second set of links is to student electronic work. The third set of links will bring you to PDF version of print media I produced as an undergraduate.
Every day that I work with educational media, I learn, and discover even more that I need to learn. I hope these samples demonstrate my skill, and my passion for adult education and electronic learning delivery.
